ESJ Capital Partners has completed the disposition of two Florida charter schools for a combined $30.5 million to Charter School Capital, a Portland-based charter school landlord. The two assets, located in Riverview and Tamarac, traded for $8.2 million and $22.3 million, respectively. The first property, which is home to Kids Community College Southeast Riverview, is located at 11515 McMullen Road in Riverview, 15 miles southeast of Tampa. The second property, which houses Renaissance Charter School at University, is located at 8399 North University Drive in Tamarac. Colliers International brokers Achikam Yogev and Todd Noel represented ESJ Capital Partners and Charter School Capital in both transactions.
