Anette Lurz has been appointed the commercial and technical head of asset management at Alpha Industrial. In this role, Lurz, a graduate engineer, real estate economist and fire protection expert, will be responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio in Germany and other European countries. Her job includes project management, commercial and technical asset management, supervision of due diligence procedures as well as investment and divestment strategies for institutional investors. During her 18-year career, Lurz worked for Segro Germany and Ernst & Young Real Estate.
