ČS nemovitostní fond (CSNF), managed by REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, bought the Proximo I office building in Warsaw from Hines for €116.6m. The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, Crido and Dentons, while CSNF was advised by CBRE, CMS, TPA and DIL. The 15-story BREEAM Excellent-certified building offers 28,385 sqm of class A space on 12 floors, including 2,000 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor and first floor. Hochtief Polska was the general contractor for the first phase of the project.
