A.D. Real Estate sells apartments to Hirschfeld Properties

A mixed-use rental building at 1771 First Avenue on the Upper East Side has been picked up by Hirschfeld Properties in a $22.8 million deal. The six story, 21,640 square foot building is located between 91st and 92nd streets in New York city and has two storefronts along with 40 rental units, 28 of which are rent stabilized. The seller, Abraham Daniel’s A.D. Real Estate, bought the asset in 2014 for $14.5 million.
