A&E buys three NYC apartment buildings for $180m

A trio of rental buildings on the Upper West Side is under contract to A&E Real Estate Holdings in a $180 million transaction. The 420 units portfolio, Stonehenge Village, traded for $428,570 per unit. One building is located on West 96th Street, while the the other two on West 97th Street. The sellers are a joint venture of Ivanhoe Cambridge, SL Green Realty and Stonehenge Partners. A&E, a major multifamily investment firm led by Douglas Eisenberg and John Arrillaga Jr., focus their investments in Northern Manhattan and Queens.
