A&M Captiva has purchased a portfolio of 19 retail properties from Vos Investment Groep NV. The transaction volume amounts to €30m. The properties included in the Nordwind portfolio are located mainly in central and northern Germany, offering 23,000 sqm of space that is almost fully leased. EDEKA Group is the main tenant. A&M Captiva focuses on large-scale individual properties and portfolios in the retail and logistics sectors. The company is planning to unveil details about a new specialized investment vehicle for the healthcare sector this quarter.
