Developer Crestyl has opened a new park in its DOCK district growing around the two blind branches of the Vltava in Liben, Prague. It offers on an area of one hectare a rest in the greenery with an ornamental pond, fog and smart benches, as well as the possibility of sports – right in the park is on a special track leading around the entire area placed a running speed meter. In the near future, charging stations for electric cars will also be installed next to the park. In the future, the new park also includes markets and various cultural and sporting events.
“We have already managed to complete almost our entire DOCK district, but the last building is missing, but it is already under construction. The opening of the park is a milestone in the construction of this whole place, because it will make life more pleasant for employees and residents of the area, as well as people from the area – the whole area, including the park, is freely accessible, “says Viktor Peška, Crestyl’s sales director.
“DOCK has shown that the place connecting offices with apartments in the immediate vicinity attracts both living and working, in addition, the overall unique atmosphere is further underlined by the large amount of greenery and the adjacent river,” he adds.
