The investor Excel Building is constructing a residential project in the center of the Bulgarian town of Plovdiv at the intersection of September 6th Street and V. Aprilov Streets. The nine-storey apartment building will offer two levels of shops and offices and underground parking.
The 9,732 sqm project is the work of RT Consult and Chief Architect Radko Todorov, with the underground level covering 1,000 sqm. The upper levels of the building will offer 82 apartments of a variety of sizes that should be ready for delivery at the end of 2016.
