In the village of Vejprnice, close to Pilsen, a new project called Pod Hájíčkem is being built, on which JRD Development, a member of the JRD Group, is collaborating with Prokoma CZ. The local development will be followed by 57 networked building lots, to which buyers can, if interested, purchase a typical family house from the Vexta company. In the residential complex, infrastructure construction is now underway, including rainwater drainage and a retention tank. Its approval is planned at the end of 2023.
“Vejprnice is located less than 10 km from the town of Touškov, where we completed the Touskovský háj project with 94 building plots in January,” states Jan Řežáb, owner of JRD. “With the implementation of the Pod Hájíček project, we are returning to this location again. Both projects are similar in many ways. Their basis consists of spacious plots of land for which it is possible to buy a turnkey house, local roads, plenty of greenery and rich civic amenities in the immediate vicinity. Even in the new area, residents will therefore find pleasant housing, in which the village and city lifestyles will be combined.”
The Pod Hájíčkem residential complex includes a total of 57 plots of land from approximately 600 sqm, which will be available either separately (and thus intended for individual construction) or with a typical family house from the Vexta company. Residents will have a choice between a bungalow and a multi-storey building, realized as a modern wooden building or a classic brick building. The entire complex will be complemented by a park, pedestrian walkways, access roads, a rainwater retention tank and a new reservoir.
The building plots of the Pod Hájíčkem project are adjacent to the original development of the village of Vejprnice, which is located only 4.5 km from the Pilsen part of Skvrňany. This area offers excellent transport accessibility (including public transport within walking distance) to the West Bohemian metropolis, where the cycle path around the local Vejprnické stream also leads. Local amenities include a wide range of services and infrastructure, including a primary and nursery school, medical care, a post office, shops, several restaurants and a number of sports and interest associations.
