Median House, a residential project in Bratislava, will offer studios at prices slightly below €40,000 (CZK 1.08m). The scheme, located in the city’s Podunajske Biskupce district, includes newly built apartment buildings, as well as a reconstruction of an old building. The investor, A.P.S. Invest, and developer Realcorp Finance plan to refurbish it into affordable flats. Studios, ranging between 19 and 26 sqm, are on offer at prices starting on €38,000 (€2,000/sqm). Previous phases of Median House include 143 newly built flats.
