Dortmund-based Dr. Peters Group has purchased the ‘Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli‘ hotel. The acquisition was made for its hotel fund ‘DS 141 Hotel Aachen‘. The purchase price was approximately €20.2m for the fund whose investment volume is approximately €22.5m. The three-star hotel, which is located at Merowinger Strasse 2, was opened over the summer in July. The hotel is operated by Tristar and offers 164 rooms along with meeting rooms, a fitness center room and an underground car park.
