Aareal Bank AG has financed the acquisition of the Garden Tower office located in Bankenviertel in Frankfurt, by Curzon Capital Partners, a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. Aareal Bank acted as lender for the five-year €129 million loan. Garden Tower consists of two towers of which the highest reaches 127 meters. Tower A has 25 floors and Tower B has 14 floors. The complex was modernized between 2003 and 2005 and awarded ‘very good’ BREEAM certificate.
