ABC Jasná is planning to build modern apartments at the largest ski resort in Slovakia. The project, nicknamed Rezidencia Biela Púť-Úboč, is currently in the early planning stages. It is set to go up in an area known as Úboč near Hotel Družba in Jasná. The complex will consist of six apartment houses and seven mixed-use buildings. The apartment houses will offer six units each on six above ground floors. Seven single-level buildings will house a restaurant, bar, bistro, shops and services. Construction should get underway in April, with opening scheduled for May 2019. Costs are estimated at €6.2m. The investor is connected with the Liptour travel agency. Last year, it unveiled a project called Rezidence Otupné, also in Jasná.
