MLP Group completed a new 6,400 sqm facility for ABM Greiffenberger Polska at its logistics park in Lublin, 170 km south of Warsaw. ABM currently leases 16,200 sqm of warehouse and production area at MLP Lublin. The company, which specializes in manufacturing engines and propulsion systems, was the first tenant to move to the park at the end of 2014. The property will eventually offer a total of 50,000 sqm of warehouse, production and office facilities with technical infrastructure, shared areas and an internal traffic system.
