Accenture signed a lease on an additional 1,400 sqm at the West Gate office complex in Bucharest. The company now occupies a total of 6,300 sqm in the building. West Gate is located in the capital’s Militari district, near the Preciziei metro station. The scheme, owned by Genesis Development, is now 98 percent leased. It includes five office buildings totaling 75,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Dacia Renault, Siemens, Panasonic, Citibank, Alpha Bank and Medicover.
