The real estate developer Gestilar has entrusted Acciona with the construction of a residential building in the town of Oeiras (Portugal), in the Lisbon region.
The Gestilar Residences Miraflores project has a budget of €26m and a planned execution time of about 23 months. The building will have 13 floors with 111 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and an additional one for commercial premises, in addition to four floors of underground parking.
The building’s roof features a pool, a natural solarium and a gym. The price of the apartments ranges from €360,000 to €741,000. Acciona has been active in the Portuguese market in infrastructure works, such as the Alqueva Dam, the Oriente Station, the Puente Infante Don Enrique.
