Property investment group Accolade and a fund managed by Conseq bought Karlovarská Business Park from the US-based fund Lone Star. The price of the deal was not disclosed. CBRE brokered the transaction, with UniCredit Bank acting as lender. Karlovarská Business Park is located near the Prague airport on a site that was previously used as the city’s main coal depot. Situated at the D6 motorway crossing and the Prague bypass, in the vicinity of a new residential area on the western outskirts of the capital, the property offers 20,000 sqm of space. Tenants include Lindab and Evobus. The park is suitable for office, retail and city logistics.
