DHL has signed a lease contract for 13,600 sqm of logistic space in Panattoni Park Cheb to use it as its new distribution center. The developer Panattoni Europe will complete construction of the building by May 2016, as the city of Cheb has approved the sale of land to the investor and owner of the property, Accolade. DHL expects to employ 200 people at the new center. CBRE brokered the deal. In all, Accolade expects to invest CZK 100m into the distribution center.
