The investment group Accolade will be working with Panattoni Europe on the development of a new industrial center in Cheb, on the northwestern edge of the Czech Republic. The CZK 1.2bn investment, which has a construction permit in place, will be built on the location of a former industrial complex. Accolade’s CEO Milan Kratina told E15 “We’ve been investing in Cheb for more than five years and I have to say that the city and the entire Karlovy Vary region has advanced incredibly and that’s being reflected in investor interest.” E15 cites the Industrial Research Forum as reporting that the German e-commerce firm Real Digital preleased 27,400 sqm in the new park.
