Genesis Development, headed by Liviu Tudor, is investing €500,000 to build accommodation units at its West Gate Business Park in Bucharest’s Militari district. The four-star facility will offer 32 units that can be used by the office park’s tenants. “Studio One – Accommodation Suites is a project developed from a real need, discovered among West Gate companies. It is much easier and more productive to accommodate your partners or colleagues in the delegation or in training just three minutes away from the office than to walk around the city,” said Tudor. West Gate offers 75,000 sqm of leasable space in five buildings.
