Accor has signed a management agreement with Compa S.A. Sibiu, for the operation of two hotels, under the Mercure and ibis Styles brands, which will be opened in 2023. They will be located on Victoriei Boulevard, on the site of the former Arsenal factory.
Mercure Sibiu Sub Arini will have 121 rooms, a generous event room and 4 conference rooms of different sizes, a restaurant, a lobby bar and a lounge, a SPA area with 100 sq m indoor pool and a complete fitness room equipped. An outdoor parking lot will be available on site. ibis Styles Sibiu Sub Arini will have 72 rooms and will also have a space dedicated to children.
