The Turkish company Acibadem Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret, a subsidiary of Asia’s largest healthcare company, IHH Healthcare Berhad, signed €76m worth of deals in Bulgaria. The company will take over Tokushukai-Sofia EOOD, a private healthcare services provider, and its subsidiaries for €65m.
Tokushukai operates a hospital, an outpatient medical center, an international standard clinical research center, a pharmacy and a hospice in Sofia. In a second deal, the Turkish company acquired a third of Bulgaria’s City Clinic for almost €11m.
