AD Astra Partners sold 70 percent of the flats at its Cartierul Solar neighbourhood in southern Bucharest through Romania’s Prima Casa Program, which helps first-time buyers purchase homes. AD Astra Partners broke ground on the solar neighborhood in 2015, with an investment of €45,000. There are currently 28 flats still available. Prices start at €750 per sqm.
