Adalgo Mirus, controlled by Raul and Sorin Gadola, bought an uncompleted residential project last year as well as land connected to the Mao Life Residence residential complex which has since become insolvent. The transaction, worth €1.5m, was initiated by Oscar Magnani, the businessman involved with the Mao Life Residence project. The scheme included an eight-block residential complex on a 2.8 ha plot in Cluj-Napoca. The project was never completed, however.
