Adam Janus was named business development director at Panattoni Europe. He will be responsible for attracting new warehouse projects and aligning the developer’s services with the needs of clients and prospects within the Upper Silesia and Lesser Poland regions. Janus has more than 20 years of real estate experience. He previously worked for TK Development and Global Partners and most recently served as business development manager at Neinver Polska, which focuses on building and managing factory outlet-type facilities. Janus is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He is also affiliated with RICS and holds a real estate agent’s licence granted by Poland’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Development.
