Adama, leading residential real estate developer in Romania, fully owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, has been awarded Highly Commended distinction, as a winning company of the esteemed International Property Awards within the 2014 European regional competition. It is the second year in a row when Adama joins the winners’ list, competing against projects from 30 countries. Edenia Titan is this year’s winning project amongst the Residential Multiple Units category, whilst in 2013, Evocasa Selecta won a similar distinction for the same category.
This year’s European Property Awards were conferred within the annual European Property Show event, held in London on October 14th, 2014. The gala was also attended by Lord Richard Best, Member of the House of Lords in the British Parliament, whilst, as a successful entrant, Adama’s Head of Marketing & Sales, Alina Necula, represented the company.
Each year, the event becomes the meeting point of the most important real estate European players – top developers, architects, interior designers and realtors, the European Property Show also hosting workshops and round tables on up-to-date topics like profitable retail concepts or the benefits of international standards for the housing market.

Edenia Titan, double-awarded project
Besides the recently achieved distinction, Edenia Titan residential project was also designated the 2013 Residential Project of the Year amongst another famous regional competition, CIJ Awards.
