The Romanian residential developer Adama has completed work on the final phase of its Copou Bellevue residential scheme in Iasi. Sales of the project’s units reached 75 percent by the time of completion, with sales having begun only in March of this year. The project now totals 170 premium apartments in four buildings. The final building, a €1.7m investment, is a five-story building with 50 flats. This phase provided high-end units, including mini-penthouses with large terraces and private gardens for the ground floor flats.
“Analyzing the last 12 months, the decision of resuming development in Iasi proved to be a thoughtful strategy. Adama once again confirmed to be a reliable, trustworthy developer and we are proud to confirm that the last phase of Copou Bellevue complies with the high-quality standards the company aims to establish on the market,” says Laszlo Csiki, CEO of Adama Group.
