Adama, leading residential real estate developer in Romania and fully owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, announces completion of the works and release of the apartments within the second phase of development of the residential project Evocasa Optima. Construction started in October last year and the works’ calendar was complied with the developer’s original schedule.
The total investment for the development of the new phase reached EUR 5.4 million, Evocasa Optima II consisting of an 11-floor building with a total of 84 apartments.
