Romanian leading real estate developer Adama, solely owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, starts the season of regional real estate competitions with new awards on its behalf. The company has enrolled amongst the winning companies of this year’s EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards competition, the only regional European contest targeting the real estate market.
The company has been declared winner twice within the 10th annual edition of the esteemed SEE Real Estate Awards competition, being offered the Residential Developer of the Year and Residential Development distinctions for Copou Bellevue residential project. As a result, the real estate developer owned by IMMOFINANZ Group places itself amongst the most outstanding and accomplished projects, companies and individuals throughout the SEE region.
The names of the winners within each category were disclosed during this year’s SEE Real Estate Awards Gala, held on April 23rd, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest, with Adama representatives attending the event.
The annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards competition is the only event of its kind dedicated to Southern and Eastern Europe, gathering together leading players from this dynamic sector – local and foreign developers, bank representatives, lawyers and other real estate professionals.

Residential Developer of the Year
Active on the market since 2004, Adama stands amongst the long-lasting developing companies on the local residential sector, being the solely experienced well-known developer to remain on the market even during the economic downturn and resuming solid post-crisis developments. Due to its extensive experience, Adama resumed developments in 2012 in Bucharest and Iasi by investing close to EUR 20 mill., entirely allotted out of the company’s funds.
The company’s latest investment and in-progress development is a completely new project located in Berceni neighborhood (Bucharest) – Evocasa Serenia – totaling up to 77 one, two and three-room apartments. This new compound follows other post-crisis developments in Bucharest (Edenia Titan and Evocasa Optima second development stages) and in Iasi (Copou Bellevue). Up to this moment, Adama has completed more than 1.700 residential units in 12 compounds located both in Bucharest and other four secondary cities in Romania.
Copou Bellevue, Residential Development of the Year
The award achieved by Copou Bellevue residential project represents a vote of confidence given by real estate experts to a project that rejoiced a high market success, 75% of the apartments in the last phase having been sold before building completion.
Once completed, Copou Bellevue now totalizes 170 premium apartments, located in four different buildings. This last development stage provides for a 5-storey building consisting of 50 units, the investment costs amounting up to 1.7 mill. Euro, exclusively allotted out of the company’s funds. The last phase of Copou Bellevue is provided with a privileged selection of apartment types, from double studios, to two and three-room apartments and mini-penthouses.
