Romanian leading real estate developer Adama, solely owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, has been awarded amongst the winning companies of this year’s EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards competition, the only regional European contest targeting the real estate market.
The company has been declared winner of the 9th annual edition of the esteemed SEE Real Estate Awards competition, being offered the Residential Developer of the Year distinction. The real estate developer owned by IMMOFINANZ Group thus receives market’s acknowledgment, its continuous efforts for achieving its main objective on Romania’s market, that of building residential projects at international quality standards, being certified.
The names of the winners within each category were disclosed during this year’s SEE Real Estate Awards Gala, held on April 10th, at the Athenee Palace Hilton Hotel in Bucharest. Adama representatives also attended the event, together with Mr. Laszlo Csiki, the company’s new CEO, appointed in this position at the beginning of 2014.
The annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards competition is the only event of its kind dedicated to Southern and Eastern Europe, gathering together the most important local and foreign developers, bank representatives, lawyers and other regional real estate professionals.
