Adama, leading residential real estate developer in Romania and fully owned by IMMOFINANZ Group, officially announces commencing construction for the last development phase of Copou Bellevue residential compound in Iasi, Romania.

The investment costs sum up to 1.7 mill. Euro, with works starting November 2013 and scheduled to be finalized in June 2014. The last building completes the existing project, together totaling 169 exclusive units designed by Adama for Iasi residential market.

The last stage of Copou Bellevue provides for a 5-storey building consisting of 49 premium units, situated in the exclusive area of Copou hill, only few minutes’ walk from the Historic University Center. Neighboring the three previous buildings within the project, the new construction will include studios and 2-room apartments, intelligently partitioned, covering usable surfaces from 36 sqm to 50 sqm, thus adapting to tenants’ demands. Furthermore, ground floor apartment owners will also benefit from large private gardens, whilst exclusive penthouses with generous terraces will be situated at the 4th and 5th floors.

“We are strongly confident in the real estate market in Iasi and therefore Adama continues the investments it started here. Copou Bellevue is a highly successful project, especially designed and tailored to fit customers’ desires, built by professionals according to international quality standards”, says Andreas Holler, CEO of Adama Group.
