Adamamerica finalized the acquisition of Phoenix Tower, a 10,000 sqm office tower located on Calea Vitan in Bucharest. The seller was Commerzbank AG. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Biris Goran, led by Victor Constantinescu, Tudor Stanciu and Mariana Signeanu, advised Adamamerica during the sales process.

The transaction was brokered by Colliers International.
The seller, Commerzbank AG, was represented by law firm Cameron McKenna Romania.
