Adgar Poland has acquired Czackiego 15/17 in Warsaw for PLN 36m. The building is located on a 0.87 ha plot and offers 4,000 sqm of space on seven floors and one underground level. Molina Nieruchomości acquired the property in 2014 from Polimex-Mostostal. For nearly 20 years, Teatr Kwadrat was based out of Czackiego 15/17. The theater relocated in 2010. Adgar now owns 12 assets in Poland.
