Adgar Poland is planning a new data center to go up in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, on Konstruktorska street. The spec investment is targeting IT global corporates looking for locations in the region for their data hubs. The 5-storey development will be filled with servers, diesel generators, transformers and switchgears, while offering lettable space on four levels dedicated to telecom services and data storage. The project will provide four-floors of underground parking with 125 parking spots. HRA Architekci provided the design.
Eyal Litwin, general director of Adgar Poland said the company has developed similar IT sector space in Belgium, Canada, Israel. “Our international tenants include Orange, Lenovo, SafeNet, AVG, HSBC as well as parties from the public sector,” he says.
