Adina Apartment Hotels will operate the 166-room four-star hotel planned for Leipzig’s Brühlpelz high-rise. Developer Leipziger Stadtbau, which purchased the property in 2010 with UK investor Patron Capital, is set to start construction this summer. The company plans to remodel the former 8,800 sqm office building, with retail space on the ground floor and office space on the ninth and 10th floors. Completion is set for the end of 2016. Adina is owned by Australia’s TFE Hotels (Toga Far East).
