ADO Properties, a Berlin residential specialist, strengthened its market position during its 2018 financial year. The boost comes from strong operational improvements showed in annual financial report. ADO’s income from rental activities rose 23.3% to €134.6m, EBITDA from rental activities increased by 21.7% to €93.8m. At the end of 2018, the value of ADO Properties’ portfolio, comprising of 23,694 total units, grew from €771 million to over €4bn. “Berlin is developing rapidly and ADO is set to benefit from the city’s progression,” says Rabin Savion, CEO of ADO Properties. “Our focus remains on the optimization of our portfolio in all districts of the city.We will continue to focus on Berlin as the most promising property market in Germany and we are convinced that ADO Properties has the perfect base to ensure our sustained success for years to come.”
