Real estate developer Tagor has already signed sale contracts for a quarter of the units at the first phase of its residential project Adora Pipera. Prices start at €67,000 for three-room apartments, falling to €45,000 for double studios. Adora Pipera is being funded by Patron Capital and managed by Tagor. This recently completed first phase consists of 76 apartments, but in all, 600 units are planned.
Work began in 2013 on another scheme, Adora Urban Village in southwest Bucharest, while Adora Park in Arad has also been launched
