Businessman Adrian Polec, owner of the APX Hotels group, bought from the Chitafes family a real estate project that provides for the construction of an apart-hotel with several dozen rooms near the Parliament Palace in Bucharest.
The project was taken to the authorization stage. More precisely, Polec bought a land of 866 sqm, on General Ion Dragalina street no. 21, on which it is authorized to build an apart-hotel structured on two basements, ground floor, 5 floors and the 6th floor secluded, which can consist of over 30 apartments. The investment in the construction of such a project exceeds EUR 1.5 million.
