Adriana Duncea becomes partner at Mazars

Adriana Duncea was recently promoted to partner at Mazars law firm. Duncea, who heads the offices legal services department,is the third Romanian partner at the firm’s Bucharest office and its first female partner.

Prior to joining Mazars, Duncea worked with “Sergiu Rosca” Law Office and was involved in general corporate legal issues, privatization projects and litigation proceedings, including due diligence assignments. Duncea earned her law degree at the University of Bucharest and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 1997. She has more than 15 years of experience in consultancy, representation and legal assistance services. Her main areas of expertise are commercial and fiscal litigation, as well as corporate and real estate.

Mazars has been on the Romanian market since 1995 and posted a turnover of more than €4.2m in 2012. The firm’s other two Romanian partners are Gabriel Sincu, head of Tax & Outsourcing and Adrian Vasile, head of Audit & FAS.
