The company Adriatic Marinas from Tivat, which is developing the project of a luxury nautical resort and marina for yachts Porto Montenegro, has decided to expand the list of countries in which it operates on the luxury real estate market, so it has started selling its residential units to Pakistani citizens. Pakistani citizens would also acquire Montenegrin citizenship by buying real estate in Montenegro.
Becoming a Montenegrin citizenship in this way would provide numerous benefits to Pakistani citizens, starting with free entry without visas with a Montenegrin passport would also be accepted in 124 countries. This is the first time that a similar program of economic citizenship has been offered in Pakistan by some countries in Europe.
In June 2020, the Government accepted the request of Adriatic Marinas-Porto Montenegro to include in the “List of Priority Projects” in the field of tourism the project of continuing the construction of a luxury nautical and tourist center in Tivat, its new hotel complex and residential and business facilities called Boka Place. By entering the “List of Priority Projects”, their investors receive a number of administrative and fiscal benefits for the implementation of these projects, and one of them is the opportunity for those who invest their money in these projects to obtain Montenegrin citizenship, which is known as the CBI, Citizens by Investment.
