Adriatic Properties and HTP Milocer are investing €70m to develop a new five-star hotel in Przno along the Montenegrin coast. The 37,296 sqm Kraljicina Plaza will feature 262 beds on four floors, including 60 guestrooms and 66 apartments. There will also be underground parking for 137 vehicles. Studio K designed the scheme. All the permits have been secured. Construction is expected to take two and a half years.
