Adris Group has opened the Grand Park Hotel in Rovinj, a fishing port located along Croatia’s Istrian peninsula. Construction broke ground in 2017. THe hotel will employ 300 people. Adris has invested around €200m into Monte Mulini, Rovinj’s upscale tourism zone. There are multiple luxury hotels in the area, including the Monte Mulini, Bitik and the recently renovated Eden Hotel. Croatia’s first design hotel, Lone, is also in the area.
