Karimpol has started advanced works on Skyliner, its office scheme in Warsaw’s Wola district. The project has already reached 185 meters, and only 10 meters of construction work remains before the target height is reached. Skyliner’s showroom located on the 23rd floor is also ready. Skyliner will offer 45,443 sqm of office space on 30 floors, with 1,400 sqm available to future tenants on each floor. Skyliner was designed by APA Wojciechowski. “Modern technologies at Skyline will be used not only in the office space dedicated to tenants but will also appear in those parts of the building that will be available to the public. A camera system reading cars’ registration plates will be installed in the public parking lot to improve vehicle traffic, and online payment via the application will replace traditional parking tickets,” said Jarosław Prawicki, leasing director at Karimpol Polska. “All this will not only improve the comfort of tenants but also allow for more efficient service for guests who come by car.”
