Cavatina Holding has started advanced finishing work on the Chmielna 89 office scheme in Warsaw. The 14-story office building is located near Jerozolimskie avenue in Warsaw’s city center and will offer 25,000 sqm. There will be a service area on the ground floor of the scheme, including a store, a canteen and a cafe. Fit-out work is currently underway on all floors of the building, while paving and other outdoor features have already been completed.
