Advantech Poland has extended its 2,400 sqm lease at Ideal Distribution Center in Warsaw’s Okęcie district. The tenant was represented by Cresa Poland. Ideal Distribution Center is a logistics park that combines warehousing and office space in a Small Business Unit format. The property is owned by CBRE Global Investors. “The tenant was looking for modern SBU space in the Okęcie area to carry on delivering services to clients. Following a review of market opportunities, Advantech Poland decided to extend its lease agreement and to continue its long-standing cooperation with CBRE Global Investors,” said Miłosz Borkowski of Cresa Poland.
