Advantech plans to invest in a new logistics hub in Poland

Advantech is planning an investment in a new logistics hub, located in Poland, announced the IIoT sales director CEE in Advantech Alicja Strzemczna.

“The new hub in Poland is a milestone for us in the further development of the company in Central and Eastern Europe. Thanks to this investment, they will significantly accelerate all processes, from logistics operations to strategic investments. This will make our country increasingly important to the company’s global performance,” Strzemczna said.

Advantech will continue to develop AI in the industrial and mobile sectors, focusing on innovations that allow customers to increase efficiency, improve safety and optimize operational processes, is highlighted in amteria.

Since April 1, 2024, the branch in Poland will become a branch of the European headquarters, which operates on a daily basis in the Dutch Eindhoven. This change is crucial for the further development of the company, enabling significant improvements in logistics processes. Investments in the Polish institution are also proof of Poland’s strong position both geographically and businessly, the company announced.

Advantech says it is a global leader in the solutions of the Industrial Internet of Things (en. Industrial Internet of Things, IIoT), providing intelligent devices and software enabling the automation of processes in the following sectors: health care, banking, telecommunications, energy, mass production, raw material extraction and agriculture. The company offers the use of artificial intelligence (AI) along with the Internet of Things (AIoT) applications. It has been present in Poland since 1998.
