Adventist Care Centers has filed a permit in Osceola County to build a $20 million skilled nursing facility on Celebration Boulevard. The 120 bed facility will feature all private rooms, a homelike/hospitality non-institutional interior design, a 4,000 sqf gym for physical and occupational therapy, two dining areas on each floor, and view of nightly Walt Disney World fireworks. The two story, 85,000 sqf scheme is expected to be completed by February 2018.
