Adventum International has acquired the Centrum Orląt office building in Wrocław from EFL Service. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The project is located on Orląt Lwowskich Square and offers 17,000 sqm. The 12-story property is equipped with five high-speed elevators, including two panoramic lifts with views of the city’s Old Town. The scheme is fully adapted for the needs of the disabled. Act Legal BSWW, Avison Young and Deloitte Tax advised Adventum International during the transaction process, while the seller was advised by Deloitte Legal and Knight Frank.
