The Adventum investment fund is considering the possibility of acquiring the Hermes Business Campus offices in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area of the capital, from the Belgian developer Atenor, according to real estate market sources. The Belgian developer could collect EUR 150 million from the sale of the project.
Adventum is led by a Hungarian team, but with its official headquarters in Malta. The company has offices in Valletta and Budapest and has madea total investments of EUR 1.5 billion in Central and Eastern Europe.
