Aedas Homes has begun selling its seventh housing project in Mallorca, called the Eneida, located southeast of Palma, in the Llucmajor-Puig de Ross area.
The Eneida has 16 4-bedroom houses with a private pool and garden of more than 200 sqm, open-plan dining rooms, plus completed and equipped kitchens. Units in the project, which was designed by the architectural studio Lamela, are selling for prices that begin at €475,000.
According to the real estate agency Engel & Volkers, interest in the housing market in Mallorca has not decreased as a result of Covid-19. In fact, the average selling price for homes on the island has risen to €1.8 million from €1.6 million last year.
